· Managed all internal non-sales and marketing activities, including product, design, development, customer support, business intelligence and data acquisition.
· Lead team responsible for multiple partner integrations (TicketMaster, FrontGate Tickets).
· Focused corporate strategy to ensure internal and external alignment on goals.
